We take pride in ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase you make. We offer a no quibble returns policy.

Returns:

We are happy to offer you a full refund less a 20% handling, processing and restocking charge per item returned  within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Please note  delivery and  postage charges are non-refundable. Customers are liable for paying the post and packaging costs for returning items.

If for any reason you wish to return any products then please refer to your order number. The back side of the delivery note acts as a returns slip. Please fill this in and clearly state if  you would like a refund or exchange (and also the replacement size/style). Please supply any relevant contact information in case we need to speak to you. 

Please use any blank paper to give the information if you don't have a delivery note.

Please then send the products back with the form in the condition you received them in, including tags and packaging. 

You must send it as a recorded/tracked/signed-for service as you are responsible for ensuring your order is returned to us safely. If you chose not to use a recorded delivery service and the parcel does not arrive then we cannot do anything about this.

When your order has been received back to us we will then aim to process your request within 3-5 working days and you will be e-mailed to confirm this.
Please allow  72 hours for your refund to be processed by our finance team.

Exchange Process.

In order to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order for the item you want as quickly as possible as this can be sent immeadiatly without waiting for the return to be processed.

Please return any item as per the returns process above. We will refund you as per our returns policy. 

My products are damaged?

We will be happy to cover the postage and handling costs for this. Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order to inform us of the fault .
If you are an international customer then you are still eligible for a refund or exchange, but this process may take a little longer so we would be grateful for your patience.
