We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. |
Returns Process
| | Please remember that you are responsible for any goods returned until they reach our warehouse. As a result, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any products. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the package(s). There is no need to call before posting your return.
