However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. | Please remember that you are responsible for any goods returned until they reach our warehouse. As a result, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any products. We can only refund the cost of postage at the standard signed for rate if the product is damaged/faulty, we can not refund the cost if a more expensive postage option is used. If you require an exchange urgently we suggest that you purchase a new item and send the original item for a refund Product exchanges are available with customer paying postal contribution charge of £4.50 for an exchange.
